WRPOA Transfer Information and Request Instructions
You can request property information or a resale certificate by completing the request form at the bottom of this page.
Information provided in the Resale Certificate Package includes:

WRPOA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions

WRPOA Bylaws

WRPOA Liability Insurance Certificate

WRPOA Financial balance sheet

Order Instructions
To order a Resale Certificate Package, please complete the Resale Certificate Request Form. You will need to provide the following information with your request:

Requestor Name

Title Company
-
Email Address
-
Property Legal Description (Phase, Block, Lot)

Property Address
-
Proposed date of transfer
-
Owner Name and complete address

Buyer Name and complete address

Fees
There is a $250 fee for a Resale Certificate.
(all rates effective January 26, 2021)
An invoice will be included with the package. Checks should be made payable to WRPOA to the following address:

Gate Access Codes
Waggener Ranch is a gated community with the gates closed 24/7. At the time of purchase the owner of each property is issued an access code to open the gates. When listing a property, the Owner may contact the Safety & Security Committee to obtain an Agent's code. To request a code, click here to send an email to the Safety & Security Committee with your request.
