Waggener Ranch is a highly restricted, 830-acre fenced and gated exotics ranch just north of San Antonio and just to the south of Canyon Lake. Five to ten-acre home sites offer room to roam. The sites feature soft topography, which allows for more usable acreage, and are studded with beautiful oak trees. The wildlife at the Ranch is abundant and includes Axis and Fallow Deer, Aoudad Sheep and Blackbuck. Horses are permitted and are restricted to one horse per every 1.25 acres owned.

 

  We have an active Property Owners Association with a board of four officers and active volunteer committee heads.  There are restrictive covenants to protect the beauty of our development.  All changes to property sites must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board as required by the Waggener Ranch Convenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
